I began my international modelling career at the age of 14. Immersed in a world that demanded constant adaptability and performance, I learned early on the importance of tending to my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, to truly thrive.

By the age of 19, I was at the height of my career, walking shows for brands such as CHANEL, DKNY, and Avant Garde, and being featured in international magazines including VOGUE, ELLE, Glamour, and L’Officiel. On the outside, it looked like success. But inside, I felt depleted, disconnected, and unable to access my authentic self. The chronic stress, emotional suppression, and physical exhaustion became catalysts for a deeper inquiry: “what drives us, what protects us, how do we lose ourselves, and ultimately how do we find our way back?”

Today, I bring that exploration into my work as a Meta NLP & Integral Practitioner, FBR Breathwork Practitioner, and Integral Semantics Facilitator. I guide people through the deeper layers of their conditioning, the early experiences and meta-drivers that quietly shape their reality, relationships, and nervous system patterns.

At the heart of my work sits breath, awareness, and gentle inquiry, we access the parts of the mind and body that words alone cannot reach, allowing integration, repair, and a grounded sense of wholeness to naturally unfold.
